I joined the real estate world in
1984, the Nanaimo real estate
market was just emerging from one
of the worst periods in Nanaimo's
history. It was a period which
only the successful would
survive, and only the leaders
would thrive.
Learning quickly from the
successes and failures of the
realtors around me, I found that
there were three areas that were
vital if I were to succeed. One,
I would have to provide a level
of service beyond my
clients expectations. Two, I had
to keep on the cutting edge of
technology in order to provide
the very best exposure
for my clients. And three, I had
to achieve a level of
excellence beyond what other
realtors were providing
Well, over twenty years have passed since
then, and those years of experience have
honed my skills in the field. Nonetheless,
the fundamentals have stayed the same. Communication
with my clients has been and will always
be Priority One. Technology has led me to
new heights in exposure, allowing me to
promote my homes across the globe. And the
level of excellence? With a consistant ranking
within the top five percent of realtors
in Nanaimo, I'm confident that I will continue
to achieve all of my goals.
