When I joined the Real Estate world in
1984, the Nanaimo real estate market was
just emerging from one of the worst periods
in Nanaimo's history. It was a period which
only the successful would survive, and only
the leaders would thrive.
Learning quickly from the successes and
failures of the Realtors around me, I found
that there were three areas that were vital
if I were to succeed. One, I would
have to provide a level of service
beyond my clients expectations. Two,
I had to keep on the cutting edge of technology
in order to provide the very best exposure
for my clients. And Three, I had
to achieve a level of excellence
beyond what other Realtors were providing
Well, over twenty-five years have passed
since then, and those years of experience
have honed my skills in the field. Nonetheless,
the fundamentals have stayed the same. Communication
with my clients has been and will always
be Priority One. Technology
has led me to new heights in exposure, allowing
me to promote my homes across the globe.
And the level of excellence? With a consistant
ranking within the top ten percent of Realtors
in Nanaimo, I'm confident that I will continue
to achieve all of my goals.
