Taking a look at the local Real Estate market, we have now enjoyed three months of steady activity. I can now safely describe myself as being cautiously optimistic about the state of the local Real Estate situation. Currently the market is most active in the lower price range, although there are some sales in the higher brackets as well. Buyers are all looking for a ‘deal’ as we are still very much in a buyer’s market (more homes for sale than homes sold). With the combination of low mortgage rates and reduced prices this is an excellent time to move up in the market or to purchase an investment property. Once again I would like to say how much I appreciate your referral business. When you recommend me to your family, friends and co-workers for their Real Estate needs I take that as the greatest compliment you could ever pay.
